Tellet uses a two-level permission system: Organisation roles and Workspace roles. Both combine to determine actual permissions.
Organisation roles control organisation-wide access (team management, approvals, settings). Workspace roles control workspace-specific access (creating, editing, and viewing projects). Your actual permissions are the two combined.
Full control: changes the Organisation name and visibility, transfers ownership, invites members (as Admin or Editor), removes members (except self), changes any member's role, manages themes, and approves or directly publishes projects (with workspace access). Cannot be removed by others or leave without first transferring ownership.
Invites members (as Admin or Editor only), removes members (except the Owner), changes roles (between Admin and Editor only), manages themes, and approves or directly publishes projects (with workspace access). Cannot change the Organisation name, transfer ownership, or invite/modify the Owner role.
Creates and edits projects (with workspace access), creates workspaces, and requests approval to publish. Cannot invite or remove members, approve publications, publish directly, manage themes/branding, or access Organisation settings.
Renames and deletes the workspace, transfers ownership, invites/removes/changes member roles, creates/edits/deletes projects, publishes projects (subject to Organisation role), moves and copies projects, creates categories and filters, and has full analysis access. Cannot remove themselves — transfer ownership first.
Creates/edits/deletes projects, publishes projects (subject to Organisation role), renames the workspace, invites members (as Can Edit or Can View), removes members (except the Owner), moves and copies projects, creates categories and filters, and exports reports. Cannot delete the workspace, remove the Owner, change member roles, or transfer ownership.
Views all projects, conversations, and analysis, and exports reports. Cannot create, edit, delete, or publish anything; rename the workspace; invite or remove members; change settings; or create categories or filters.
