Publishing
Pre-Publish Check

Monitoring Responses
Overview Tab
Track high-level statistics:
- Total conversations

- Participant demographics (if collected)
Key metrics to monitor:
- Low completion rate: Interview may be too long or confusing
- Longer than expected duration: Too many follow-ups
- Steady completions: On track
Questions Tab
Analyse question-level data:
- AI-identified themes across responses
- Theme frequency
- Representative quotes
- Individual answers
- Response categories
Use to:
- Identify patterns
- Find common pain points
- Extract stakeholder quotes
- Discover unexpected themes
Transcripts Tab
Review complete conversations:
- Full conversation transcripts
- Context for responses
- Detailed user stories
- Filter/search functionality
- Multi-language translation
Research Assistant (Beta) Tab
Ask questions about your research in natural language. The Research Assistant is a conversational AI agent that has access to all your interview data — transcripts, analysis, comparisons, categories, and statistics — and replies with cited quotes, tables, charts, or full reports.
Examples:
- "What are the main themes from the pricing question?"
- "How do Premium customers differ from Free customers?"
- "Generate an executive summary of the top three findings"
- "How many respondents mentioned onboarding problems?"
Answers cite respondents by index (e.g., [R7]) so you can click through to the source transcript.
Data Export
Export formats available:
- Excel (.xlsx): The default — opens directly in Excel with no setup
- CSV: For quantitative analysis (Google Sheets, SPSS)
- TXT: For qualitative analysis (coding software)
Access export options in Overview or Transcripts tabs.
