Yes. There are two ways to test:
Test Chat (before publishing): Available in the project editor. Use this to preview the interview as you build it — no publishing required.

Multiple Mode: Multiple categories per response
Create via:
AI-suggested (AI analyses and generates)
Manual (you define, AI categorises)
Minimum 2, maximum 30 categories.
Learn more: Questions & Insights
Each question is a single page that shows both. At the top is the AI-generated summary — themes, patterns, and key findings. Below it are the respondent answers themselves — the actual quotes and transcript snippets. Read the summary for the overview, then scroll down to the answers for the verbatim evidence behind it.
Learn more: Questions & Insights
Ask questions about your conversations in plain language and get answers back, each one backed by quotes from real participants. Instead of typing keywords, you ask things like "What are the main pricing concerns?" and it summarises what people actually said and shows you the supporting quotes. It's currently in Beta.
Learn more: Research Assistant
Compare how different groups of respondents answered, side by side. Pick two segments (for example, by screening answer or demographic) and Tellet produces a side-by-side report covering shared themes, differences unique to each group, and a per-question breakdown. You'll find it on the Compare tab.
Learn more: Compare Segments
Yes. Requires Workspace Owner or Can Edit role.
Go to Transcripts tab
Find conversation
Click delete
Confirm
Deletion is permanent.
Learn more: Results & Analysis
Formats: Excel (.xlsx, the default), CSV, or TXT.
Layouts:
Answers in columns — one row per respondent, one column per question (best for analysis)
Full conversation — one row per message
Summary & categories — one row per respondent, no transcripts
Exports include the order questions and stimuli were shown (randomisation), question IDs, and whether each answer was spoken or typed. Excel files also include a Data Dictionary tab explaining every column. You can filter by category, date range, or screening criteria before exporting.
Learn more: Exporting Data
The project is set to Completed — Tellet allows up to 10% over your limit to accommodate panel delivery timing (you can also complete the project manually at any time)
New participants see a message that the group is currently full
Ongoing conversations can finish
