Can I use my own participant panel with Tellet?
Yes. Share the live interview link directly with your panel through any channel: email, WhatsApp, social media, QR code, or embedded on your website. Append a unique participant ID to each link with ?participant_id=XXXX to track individual respondents; it is passed back in completion links and stored with the conversation data. You can also connect an external recruitment panel for automated routing and completion tracking, see Panel Integration.
Can I match the interview to our brand?
Yes. Create a study branding profile under Organisational settings → Study branding, with your logo, favicon, and primary, secondary, and background colours. Every study can use a different branding profile, and participants see it on the consent screen and throughout the interview. See Study branding.
Can participants respond by voice or by text?
Yes. You choose which response types are enabled for a study: text, speech, video, or image, and you can enable more than one at once. The AI interviewer moderates the conversation either way, asking your scripted questions and probing on the participant's actual answer. See Response Types.
How long can an interview be, and how flexible is the discussion guide?
A discussion guide holds up to 40 scripted questions, each with up to 3 AI follow-up probes, so you can shape an interview to run around 20 minutes or longer depending on how many questions and probes you include. Tone of voice, context training, and probing guides all adjust how the AI asks and follows up on questions. See Discussion Guide Basics.
Can I run a study across multiple sessions with the same participants?
Yes. Publish each session as its own project and pass the same participant ID (?participant_id=XXXX) on every link you send that respondent. Tellet stores that ID with each conversation, so you can match a respondent's answers across sessions once you export the data.
Can I export transcripts and analytics?
Yes. Export conversations as Excel (the default), CSV, or TXT, either as one row per respondent with one column per question, as a full conversation transcript, or as a summary with categories but no transcripts. You can filter by category, date range, or screening criteria before exporting. See Exporting Data.
Is Tellet GDPR compliant for research in Germany or elsewhere in the EU?
Yes. Tellet is fully GDPR compliant. You are the data controller and Tellet is the data processor, processing data on your behalf and at your direction. All data is hosted on Microsoft Azure within the EU. See Security, Privacy & Compliance.
