How do I set up custom branding?
Go to the pink icon (top left) > Organisation Settings > Branding. Create a new theme by defining colour values (hex format) for primary, chat-primary, chat-secondary, chat-background, chat-consent-bg, and chat-progress-bar-bg. Optional additional colours: background, secondary-background, darker-primary, lighter-primary, secondary, primary-text, secondary-text. Upload a logo (PNG/SVG) and a favicon (ICO). Save, then apply the theme to any project from the Project Branding dropdown in Instructions. Note: there is no logo field within the theme colour configuration; logos are uploaded separately.
Can I white-label Tellet for my agency?
Partially. You can reskin the participant-facing chat interface with your brand colours and logos. The remainder of the platform (the researcher dashboard) remains in Tellet's design. Email [email protected] for more details.
How do I archive old projects?
There is no dedicated archive feature. Recommended approach: complete the project, export all data, then move it to an "Archive" workspace or delete it from the platform.
What are the profile update options?
You can update your name and phone number from Manage Account > Profile. Interface language can also be changed there. Changing your email address requires contacting [email protected]. Profile picture upload is not currently available.
How do I manage email notifications?
In Profile Settings, scroll to Email Notifications. Toggle on or off: First Response, All Responses Collected, Analysis Complete, and Quota Full. All four are on by default. Click Save Notification Preferences.
How do I give a team member access to projects in a workspace?
Access takes two separate invites. First, invite the person to the organisation from Organisation Settings > Members, choosing Admin or Editor. Then invite them to each workspace they need to work in, choosing Can Edit or Can View. Organisation membership alone does not grant access to any workspace's projects, so an organisation invite without a workspace invite leaves them unable to see or edit anything.
How do I find the organization or workspace Owner?
For the organization Owner, go to Organisation Settings and open the member list; the Role column shows "Owner" next to their name. For a workspace Owner, open that workspace's Settings or Members page, where the Owner role appears the same way next to the person's name. If you don't have access to either page yourself, ask an existing Owner or Admin to check for you.
